PRIVACY INFORMATION
1. INTRODUCTION
With this information text ("Privacy Information"), Brizo AB ("Brizo"/"we") intend to inform data subjects of how we process their personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”).

Brizo process your personal data in order to be able to perform our service and obligations towards our customers.
When the customer stores products with us and use our delivery services, we will process personal data related to the designated contact person/s at your company. We will process the following personal data:
Name
Contact information, such as telephone number and e-mail address
4. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
We will process the personal data in order to be able to fulfil our agreement with the customer, and for the following sub-purposes:
– To communicate with the customer via you
To confirm your identity and ensure that you are an authorized signatory of our customer or otherwise authorized to provide us with instructions
To administrate the customers stored products
To be able to deliver goods to consumers
To be able to send invoices and agreed costs
The lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest where Brizo’s legitimate interest is to conduct its business, communicate with its customer and fulfil the contract entered into between Brizo and any customer.
5. FOR HOW LONG DO WE STORE AND PROCESS THE PERSONAL DATA?
We will process the personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out above. If you have been designated as the-/a contact person on behalf of our customer, we will process your personal data for as long as the customer uses our services or for as long as you are the designated contact person, whichever is the shortest.
6. CAN WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
In order for us to be able to fulfil our agreed obligations in an efficient way, we may transfer your personal data to be processed by suppliers of Brizo, e.g., suppliers of IT-services. Brizo has entered into data processing agreements (DPA´s) with all suppliers that meet the requirements of applicable data protection regulation, such as the General Data Protection Regulation.
7. THIRD COUNTRIES
Brizo is always aiming to process and store all personal data within the EU/EEA. However, since this is not always possible, Brizo will at all times ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulation regarding transfers of personal data to third countries. Hence. Brizo will only transfer personal data to any recipient outside of EU/EEA provided that:
i. the third country ensures an adequate level of protection of personal data under a decision issued by the EU Commission,
ii. there are appropriate security measures in place according to applicable data protection legislation, or
iii. there is any other exception under applicable data protection legislation.
8. RIGHTS
According to the GDPR you have the right to request:
– Information from Brizo about how we process personal data, and request access to the personal data we process about you
Correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data
Deletion of your personal data in some cases, e.g. if your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected
Objection to processing that relies on legitimate interests
Restriction of the processing of your personal data meaning that you request Brizo to limit its processing of your personal data under certain circumstances
Receipt and transfer personal data to another controller in some cases (data portability)
